I have a Sony kdl46w4100 for about 18 months few weeks ago my Tv start having problem when I turn it on in the morning the right side of the lcd panel distorted & noisy picture after few minutes picture will back to normal like...

sony Tv is $39.95 at my local Tv repair shop estimated replacement of LCD panel is about $2100.00 or Sony 46 kdl NX700 for $1100.00 both is LED panel not LCD market value is about $1500.00 to normal.

Got a 46" sony here and the left side of the screen is fading-snowy looking. Hopefully the pics will show the problem. I had a good spare tcon so I tried popping it in but it didn't change anything. At this point I think it's got to be the Main board ...
