The Lidoderm patches did nothing for me - but DH likes them for sore
muscles.

I forgot to say that when the pain is at its worst, it sends shooting pains down my legs. It used to be on the front, top part of my legs, but now it has gotten so bad that it's in my shins Shin splints . This pain is sometimes as bad, if not worse than...

Last Friday I had my second surgery for AF. Pre-op my ROM was flexion of 110-115, lacking 15-20 degrees of extension and a fixed flexion deformity.
The surgeon said that the scar tissue was worse this time than my last LOA in February this...

The current schedule includes heel slides, hanging my leg (propping my ankle up on a towel), patella mobes (sideways and up and down), raising the leg with a towel under can't get away from walking with....

Haven't been here in a while, but am so-o frustrated right now. Can relate to what Karen is saying. Was on lyrica and for a bit seemed better,then the shaking started and got worse.. Quit the Lyrica.. seem to be able to do more, but am having muscle spasms...

My Arab gelding has nice hard hooves. The only problem with that is that it makes it very hard for me to trim them myself. Everytime I try I just give up after a while and call the farrier. I've heard that soaking their hooves makes them easier to work...

Put a Lidoderm patch on my back, take two Excedrin and get to rasping - every 2 - 4 weeks < a scrub brush and as well this applies moisture..
