Favourite recipes containing lemons... GO!
I bought a 1-lb bag of Meyer Lemons (about 6 lemons the size of limes) and not sure what to make with them. Plans for 2012 (so far):

I love to use them on fish- slice the lemons and cook right on the fish.

as that's what often came up when I originally Googled "mini lemons"
but I'm sure that's not it.
