Favourite recipes containing lemons... GO!
I bought a 1-lb bag of Meyer Lemons (about 6 lemons the size of limes) and not sure what to make with them. Plans for 2012 (so far):

Lemon pudding cake - a cake you mix pitcher with water and slice lemons in it and it lasts a couple days of beautiful lemon water.
To use them on fish- slice the lemons and cook right on the fish.
