Rivers at level 0, where level 0 is connected to the sea, are going to be flooded over by the sea, I'm not sure why you would need to have rivers connecting to the sea at level 0, though it's still that is at ....

I wanted to say that you should switch to 1st Reference Level in the Project Preferences Dialog this should work like this for Elevation Dimensions in Sections/Elevations, too, not only Level/elevations already work this way...

You may check if the values in low layer which may under surface level....
You can follow this link and check it httpIt seems that interp_levels is above see level.
In namelist.ARWpost is the hieght in km above sea level.
