I work at one of the local hotels and had a guest who needed a car at about 6:30Pm. I called the so called 24hr service number... number. A guy answered and said he was Joe, then said he was Brad. I just don't think they should advertise 24hr service ... That is not true, My name is Brad and the ONLY Brad in the company. There is no JOE that answers our phones. I was out of...
