Havengul Lich , Bloodline Keeper , Grimgrin, Corpse Born
So what happens is you use the lich to reanimate both Grimgrin and Keeper. Tap, make a vamp and sacrifice it to untap him. BAM! Infinite power/toughness on the lich.

Havengul Lich only gains the Basking Rootwalla's activated ability when you cast the Rootwalla from your graveyard and the delayed triggered ability set up by the Lich's ability resolves, not when the Lich's ability itself resolves....

Havengul lich only gives permission or how much you have to pay for it.
Not unless it has flash.
Lich only changes where you can cast creature cards from, not when .
No because you can't normally cast creatures on your opponent's turn .

Maybe expand it into sacred fist.
With the Practiced Spellcaster feat, you could make 1 cleric 7/monk x .
You still need a caster level of 11th to be able to become a lich.
