It's their shit storm! A mechanic's lien also only entitles the shop to the money they are owed from state to state.

In Oklahoma, the intent to lien has to be filed within 75 days, and then the lien....
Also send registered letters, from your the money and not paying for the work performed .
This long and are almost out of time, I would file the lien.
