Lights behind you, or in front, with only a few lights?
Yeah, good face light can only be achieved with RGBAW or better mixing. RGB cannot produce an acceptable white for lighting faces very well, although it is used a lot. The best solution is still to toss 4 to 8 amber-gelled parcans out front and leave 'em on.

Halogen work lights for punch lights?
Our blinders are 150W halogens and they're still bright as fuck. I feel bad sometimes if I slip and leave them on more than a fraction of a second.

LED Lights or Traditional Lights?
I have never had LED lights, but have only seen them on tree displays in stores. I don't think I would like them in my home because I am very sensitive to certain types of lights and they seem to be hard on the eyes. I haven't seen any yet this year and maybe they have improved since I last saw them. I would also like to like them, since they use less electricity. I usually have all clear mini lights on my trees, but I also like multi and sometimes use both.

Does an 07 328i e90 come stock with hid lights or halogen lights?
The HID's are an option for this vehicle, but stock they come with halogen. To be honest they halogen lights are not very bright compared to other cars for the price level.

At home do you prefer the overhead lights or lamp lights?
I want good illumination available in every spot of my home whenever I want it. So I put in a variety of overhead lighting controlled by lots of switches, most are dimmers. I loathe hanging out at friends' with poor lighting, particularly trying to cook in a kitchen without extra undercabinet lights.
