Anyone started a overdraft in last 6 months and mind saying what rate they paying and set up fees?
1st bank i got Quote: from says 5.5% over base and 1.5% fee.

Our current overdraft payments to having any money, just not enough....
Using your overdraft/having an OD balance, is reported as a debt to CRAs by the banks on a monthy overdraft would be viewed in that way but I suppose you are correct.

I have just signed up for a halifax 20 month balance transfer credit card. Can i use the credit card to pay off my overdraft with halifax. So I can then pay off the debt over the 20 months at 0%

Because the card is 20 month balance transfer I don't with a £500 limit....
My overdraft is 0% till July if i transferd my overdraft would i have 20 months.
I decided to purchase some things for my flat.
I already recieved the card.

New user here. I was a student many years ago and had a student overdraft paying of £1500 paying no interest on it. Once I graduated, they started charging interest on it for the next few years.

They also have to send you any copy terms the overdraft via the bank's internet....
You could have a look the auth od limit was amended i.e increased or reduced).
CCA not relevant, unless they have converted the overdraft into a loan.

As you are no doubt aware section 78 to the overdraft as this was not arranged until almost a decade later.
And the time limit has now expired placing the account into dispute.

Early last year my business account for a change was allowed to go overdrawn but at a cost of £30 per item paid. For a start it was a help that I could pay my suppliers but with the three month accumulation of these charges gave us hefty bank charges ...
