How can we produce the effect of the red line under a bad spelling word like the image below :

Something with colorspace ? Note; if I draw on the current context directly it turns black; on an bitmap context it turns red.
Example:

I was thinking if breaking the Red line will be exclusively Luffy or like the Aqua Laguna incident at Water 7 they'll join up to break it together.
Maybe they'll join up EOS Elephant Gatling Storm/Typhoon? with 3 sword 10,800 Cannon to break the Red Line...

I noticed a staircase at the north-end of the Red Line Park Street platform that looks like it could have one time been a station entrance/exit. I couldn't get a good look to see what it leads to. Does anyone have any better information?

Miles on car 250,892 , miles on oil 19,749 miles
Total oil used was 5 Liters of Red Line 5W20 and 40 oz of Z-MAX as make-up oil. One VW full flow filter and a used Amsoil BE-90 with 41K miles were used.
