I have a set of 3 datasets which I want to plot in MATLAB, but the 'x' axis, I want to give in the form of a circle instead of of straight bottom line. Any idea on how to do it?
An example plot:
The normal command for plotting in MATLAB is plot(x, data...

Maybe someone more familiar with the topic can help me to simplify or write the question correctly. We are looking for metrics on JQuery or even other JS Frameworks in comparison with the use of straight javascript. I don't beleive in the lines of code...

If I don't have to write that myself, obviously....
The reason I use jQuery is for the browser compatibility .
Using jQuery, you write less, (I mean it's in jQuery's motto even!), but LOC is a ridiculous measurement .
The 'time saved' metric is as good as any.

So I'm attempting to move a ScatterViewItem from 1 point to the another. I've tried using PointAnimation. However, after the animation completes I can't move the item from the To point. I can spin the item and scale it, but for some reason can not move...

Even with FillBehavior set to Stop, there are certain occasions where it just doesn't work .
I guess you need to use FillBehaviour of the POintAnimation to FillBehavior="Stop"
Although you already have an accepted answer I'd like to add a point here .

Okay, so this is a straight math question and I read up on meta that those need to be written to sound like programming questions. I'll do my best...
So I have graph made in flot that shows the network usage (in bytes/sec) for the user. The data is 4 ...

I figured out the area of the graph....
Since the lines between real data points are drawn straight, this can the line, but experiments with much simpler graphs makes this seem just far too high.

Every so often someone will ask how they can get thin lines with pastels. I'd like to show you what I do. I will also add how I get "straight lines". I'm sure many of our WC pals can add to these actions.

Anyway, I just lay the pastel on its edge and slightly press to get the line, then move.
A mystery to me.
I don't know why a downward stroke tends to leave a heavier line.
With it - at least that works for me.

I have this executable that queries a remote server for a command, executes it on the local machine and returns the stdout (and also possibly stderr) from it back to the server.
This executable runs just fine if called from the command line (as root),...

So from the command line (as root), but I found it's failing for some commands when executed.
A lot of environment variables that you normaly have in the command line will be missing.

[DnD 3.5] Do you have to charge in a straight line?
My group kind of shifts around a bit on whether or not you have to charge in a perfectly straight line.
Can anyone tell me if it's really required or not, and a source for this answer?
Thanks.

Practice practice practice! If your bevels aren't clean and crisp coming off the grinder, it will only take (much) longer to straighten them out by hand-sanding .
I've never even tried a hollow grind, but I imagine the same applies.. .
