I have been waiting patiently these last couple of weeks for somebody at VM to notice that the TV Choice listings are totally ridiculous, but as usual, I am having to state the obvious. Why are tv shows no longer listed in their own folder with the episodes...

I've been trying to report this problem for quite some time now. I've used the web feedback form 3-4 times but nothing has happened. I get a message on the web page saying there's a problem with leaving feedback, although I do get an acknowledgement email...

Every so often my tv guide disappears and also the recordings i go to watch are no longer visiable i have to every 2 days unplug sky+hd box from socket to reset everything for tv guide to appear and recordings in 2 days time i will need to preform that...

Having big problems with my ITV Region on 103 which is causing problems when I try to use Remote Record.
When my box was first installed during the first week it jumped between ITV1 West and ITV1 Meridian North every six hours or so and then back again...

I use a CableCARD installed directly in my TV and the TV Guide On Screen for schedule listings. The system has been working well for years. I lost power about 10 days ago and had to re-enter my tv guide setup information (basically just my zip code.) ...

Please look over the list at this site and see if any of these stations to do anything.
The TV depends on the TVGOS service which is sent down by local TV stations, mostly CBS and PBS stations for the guide.

Can anyone help? I've tried tech support but they didn't give any answers after 1.5 hrs on the phone.
I get everything setup on the Link and the app on my IPad. The only problem I have is that when I chose my local TV cable company it doesn't bring up...
