The TV Listings have switched to Fancast. I can't mark my favorite channels anymore. Is anyone else having this problem?

Comcast, could you PLEASE fix your "improved" version of the TV listings (tvplanner.comcast.net) was fine but they are redirecting to www.comcast.net/tv/tv-listings instead in the Comcast.net....
And it resets to 5:30pm.

I have always used the Comcast TV listings guide on my computer. It suddenly stopped working. It displays the categories on the side but the area where the grid would be that shows the time and the tv shows is all greyed out. I have reset the computer...

I have reset the computer and entered my zip code but nothing same thing on IE.. .
It suddenly stopped and the tv shows is all greyed out.

I noticed last night that the TV listings on the Xfinity TV web site are not correction for my zip code and cable selection.
My zip code is 85755 and I selected Tucson/Pima Digital.
The times were correct last week.
