Good afternoon,
I'm looking for some info so that users can find local results in their Lucene.Net searches.
I would index the Latitude / Longitude in the document, and query Lucene based on the users latitude/longitude and 20 (or 30, 40...) mile range...

Is there a way to make my Firefox 3.5 "Google" search engine use google.com.au rather than google.com?
Ideally I'd like that change Ubiquity to do that as well.

If you need to add a search engine "Google" from your list of search providers then open google.com.au.
It will add the new search engines to the Firefox search box.

In Outlook 2007: Tools -> Address Book -> Tools -> Options

So if I'm reading your question right, you need a way to go from zip code/city/state to longitude and latitude?
If that's the case, there are a number of free and paid databases out there that have this information .

I would probably not have the tags in a single field for that page (comma separated) but a "tags" table:

These are the websites that help your local search listings - granted, there are about 10 and that could take awhile to enter your info.
None of them alone hold alot of marketing weight, so these are NOT for lead generating - they are crawled by google...
