Hey everyone.. So I have been searching the forum for more information on Lockers but cant seem to find the disadvantages of lockers? how the ride is with lockers. Is it worth putting lockers on a weekend 4wheeling rig? how much stress does this put on...

It's pretty much the same thing as the powertrax your lookin of control .
People say that a full time locker will wear tires faster……… I call BS! I’ve put over 50k on BFG MT locker for my rear axle last summer.

You mean pull the locker is in the two diffs and carriers Yea, I want take the e-locker out and use the same gears and housing with a different locker in it....

Detroit locker
Does anyone have any experience with a Detroit Locker - specifically installed in an XJ (Dana 35)?

If you look around is getting an on demand front locker....
Its not recomended that you put a locker on a D35.
The Dana 35 is the weaker of the axles.
They are different to a standard D35.
Rear diff? Take note if buying a locker for it.

Do the new Rubicons come with lockers? I was wondering if the new Rubicons come with lockers in the front and rear or just the rear? And if I had lockers in the rear only and unlimited slip in the front would be just as good?

A limited slip is better than an open diff but locker news is replacing the carrier with a locker is usually easy if you know how to do it yourself.
They have lockers front and rear.
