PORK CHOPS (4-6) 1/2-2/3 cup ....
Make sure not to overcook them, not a whole lot of room .
Pork chops and I normally don't get along in mind that pink isn't 'undercooked' for pork.

Well after all the threads about smoked stuffed pork loins I am giving it a try. Italian croutons, apple, onion, mushrooms, pepperjack cheese, and chicken broth. What did I forget - oh the 9 pound loin and lots of spices and pepper.

Just pull/cut the small stem off of the leaves sauteed onions on the pork loin, then saute the onions and mix in "some" (1-2 tablespoons) fresh Pesto sauce to serve over....

Roast Pork loin, mashed cauli faux mashed taters, greek salad, and now a savory sauce.
Scrap the cooked veggies.
Remove the pork loin roast.
Roast as usual.
They are softened but still "crunchy").

That's a good-looking loin...nice to see one that still has some fat for a change! Did you leave.
These are goin on the smoker shortly. Pork loin rubbed with Bad Byron's. Also gonna have roasted potatoes, baked beans, and grilled buttered Italian bread. Should be good eats. Try to remember pics of finished product.
