To go Bicester Village since there's no sale in London? Bicester village certainly will have all cheap but you don't like it ! I've been there twice and looked around (not for shopping that will be available in all the London ....

Mays of Buckhurst Hill are about the nearest to Central London [which is bigger than Co Dublin and I'll send you a copy - you'll need....

But if you justI think you'd have 2 options on where to stay, if you stay in central London, you can get a car to the airport but it's quicker....
As for shopping, I think this will take up a lot of your day if you want to shop properly.
