You don't have a tipping culture it comes to tipping and basically whatever you decide to do is right so if you don't want to tip and puting the food on the table....
For room service anyway that I would be disinclined to tip.

Another good tip I can give u to find your way around london Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Tower Bridge, Tower of London etc.
