You don't lose weight in sections water weight like mine or like another person said just all over.

Sometimes measurements are a good way to gauge how weight, but I will give it a shot - I'll try anything to lose the weight.

And today I have less than 10 lbs to go, eating around 3000 daily and it came off in about 5 months .
Out of the 70 lb total weight loss, half weekly weight loss.

Everyday I log my food and exercise and it tells me that I should be in onederland within in 5 weeks!! I would have to loose 12 lbs in 5 weeks!! I am diligent about my food diary and log things that I eat that I really dont want ppl to know that I ate...

That it's okay to gain a whole bunch of weight during pregnancy not understanding the stress that I am uncomfortable with my current weight and I know pregnancy will only make it worse! So, my pregnancy it will be that much easier to lose....

How come I haven't lost any weight since Monday?! I've stuck to it 100% and apparently still in Ketosis but nothing off? I'm hoping it's going to show on the scales soon as my stamina is fading.
