Do you know if it is normal to gain water weight before losing weight? I have never been one to drink water, but the last few days, since I've started on Phentermine, I have been so thirsty, my mouth has been dried out and so I'm consuming 3 24oz bottles...

Not only will you have an artificial loss, you will want to keep taking the pills so you don't see before and they make me feel really tired and they might give you an artificial weigh-in....I mean, they might make you weigh....

I have been taking these pills for about 3 weeks now...with the exception of the weekends. I "heard" they were recalled...but cant find the reason why. I have googled to get some info and nada... I feel like if I dont take these...I can not do it alone...

It may be more difficult and take longer, but you can do it without pills them for weight loss.

I did not take any crazy pills or use any fad diets.
Needs to use a pill to lose 4 pounds.

Hi i have tried the slimquick diet pills and i found out it was a waste of time because they were not even helping me. So I quit taking thm and started doing setts now i am alot lighter than i was and i feel good!

Is also key to achieving any loss (if we believe the pills to work, our minds will see lifestyle, it's almost more motivational pill than magic pill!).
