Has anyone else gained a lot of weight already?
DDC Crashing from September to say that I gained close to 20lbs in the first trimester in my first two pregnancies. I haven't gained anything at 12 weeks this time around. I don't have any words of wisdom to attribute to the difference, except that I started the first two about 20lbs lighter. I think my body just didn't need that extra weight to get going this time. I ate very well with all three, especially tried hard with my DS, my second pregnancy, but still gained 20lbs in the first trimester, and then 30lbs in the second and third, for a total of a 50lb gain. Although I'm glad I didn't gain this time, I didn't do anything different, so I'm not taking much credit here! Good luck, and as long as you are eating well, I would try not to stress about what you are gaining or not!

Is it me, or is Sophie putting on a LOT of weight?
She hasn't put on a lot and she's definitely not fat but she has put on a few pounds. I noticed it straight away when I came back from holidays.

If i drink a lot of water, will i lose some weight?
Water will make you sweat during workouts, but there is a common misconception that sweating loses weight. When you sweat, you lose some water weight, but gain it back when you gain water. Other than that, your routine seems decent enough.

Lifting weights and not loosing weight ,what to do now?
Don't focus so much on your weight but your percentage of fat vs muscle. If you want to drop more fat than riding a bike, running or aerobics are your solution but keep up the weights.

Does a heavy weight vinyl have better sound than a standard weight LP?
I agree with Cellotron, there's no difference in sound quality with different weights. The only difference is that the heavier records remain more flat than standard weights.
