Just recently my 1990 trans am has been making this very loud and very obnoxious screaching noise when driving. It does it when i give it gas and when driving but when i apply the brakes, it stops temporarily. I am not that educated ...

I'm pretty sure I read on mtbr theres an issue with the brake hose/crimp fitting near the caliper, in that some lines weren't crimped good enough .
Could have residue from o old pads.
Did you clean rotors again after putting in new pads .
