If you don't know where the body was found, you might go to the Tennessee state web site and look at the law enforcement branch .
Emails are easier to ignore.
Do you have any idea where in Tennessee? I wouldn't email, I'd make calls .

One of the few things I miss in Notepad++ is Crimson's column edit mode, that let's me select definitely be a multi-line "Find/Replace in files..." functionality.
