Well i just got done with tying all my tomatoes up more--all are almost 4 ft. tall --and full of small tomatoes i planted 78 different kind of heirloom tomatoes 9 different kinds and planted them in raised boxes -we have so much rain here everything is...

We are gardners by no means, but would love to have our own grown tomatoes. We're thinking of doing deck tomatoes on their own vines. Has anyone had any luck with this???

I have been able to grow cherry tomatoes much better then the regular tomatoes....
We had to actually build a tall table to put them on since my dogs apparently love tomatoes! WhoI have a deck that gets the afternoon sun.
And trellis.

One of the surprises in replanting tomatoes is each time they're re-potted (and finally planted), they need to be buried just a bit further in soil.

My french beans are starting to take over on the kitchen windowsil as are my sweet millions tomatoes - is it too soon to plant them out? - they will be in beds which will be covered with enviromesh covers until end of May.
