I was wondering if you guys would recommend I purchase a 2012 m3 now, or wait for the F30 M3 to come out?
How long would the wait be if I were to wait?
I have never even driven an M3, can you tell me what it's like to own one and drive daily ?

Which do you like better and why?
On paper:
E36 M3:
Weight 3175
Horsepower: 240 hp @ 6000 rpm
Torque: 236 ft-lbs. @ 3800 rpm
E46 M3:
Curb weight: 3415 lbs.
Torque: 262 ft-lbs. @ 4900 rpm
Horsepower: 333 hp @ 7900 rpm

I noted that my premium for my 2011 E92 M3 went up about 10% this last month (USAA). I called and asked why because I haven't moved, no accidents, no tickets... absolutely no changes over the past 12 months.
Turns out the change came out in the Collision...

This all depends on the state regs, right? Is this something that happens often? Will it happen in Alta California... .
That sucks though.
The collision symbol probably means more people are crashing them or they are more costly to repair than originally thought .

Not really needing another head at the moment, but I've heard that the M6 and M9 models are crazy loud for their respective wattage ratings. Is this also true for the M3?

Use Sport Hard lighten either car, drop the spring....
I think the E46 M3 is the best car in this game, if tuned correctly it would be awesome! We've got These settings are approximate for either (obviously the M3 doesn't have a center-diff).
