Lifetime of E36 springs?

If you are not happy with the characteristics of your springs or shocks, change them. Bypass the thought that your current equipment may not be up to par. Either way, it appears that you are not pleased with what you have. source

Sway Bars?

What I have been trying to figure out is the optimal size for sway bars. Different companies offer serveral different sizes. I want to decrease body roll without upsetting the natural balance of the car to much. source

Leaving Forced Induction?

Forged pistons and I think people get reinforced springs and rockers and you should be completely fine. If I go FI, this is what I would most likely do so I don't have to use a HG to lower compression because as you say, it will eventually fail. source

Bimmer owners- Real world MPGs?

My Z4M gets 16-18 city driving and I have seen as high as 26 on the freeway. I have a heavy foot and I didn't buy the car to be a prius driver. source

Are you kidding me its a volkswagen drive the pissss out of the damn thing. You sound like an 80 year old mad driving a 3 million dollar Ferrari. I dont beat the hell out of mine with hard launches but i do "enjoy" it. source
