Hello,
As I said in older questions, we(I and my friend) are trying to develop in a Macintosh IIci(System 7.5.5 68k processor), but we don't know where to start, then I'm asking here for some resources to develop on it. Thanks.

Could I erase the Macintosh because i want to work only with Windows, or is there another way to have only windows on my mac?

One solution is install a very minimal Mac system (without translations... .
So without BootCamp, you cannot run Windows XP on a Mac .
Windows XP works on a Mac because of the BootCamp software: it emulates a BIOS from the hardware EFI, so Windows can boot .

I get this fatal error only when I run on a Macintosh, but not on a windows browser, which doesn't make sense since, other than checking for the Browser condition, the conditional loops run the same code:
Can someone help me understand how to stop this...

Since I've actually run UNIX for personal use outside of work, that apparently makes me the newly anointed Macintosh expert at my workplace... I've got an open-access computer lab (12 iMacs )that will be used for limited video, photo, and audio editing...

Basically it will let the user do almost anything they want, but next time the system is rebooted, everything will be restored to the previous state .
A relatively simple, but non-free, solution would be to use something like Deep Freeze ( link ) .

I'm new to emacs and have just downloaded LispBox (from the Practical Common Lisp page) with SBCL to my Macintosh. I do know enough to realize I want either the option or Command key to be the meta key.
The emacs version delivered with LispBox doesn't...

If you run Emacs in a Mac OS X terminal, you can set the Option key to be the Meta key using the 'Preferences' dialog... .
Aquamacs is a specially for Mac OS X enhanced GNU Emacs .
It uses Aquamacs for Emacs.
As an alternative check out Ready Lisp for Mac OS X .
