IIRC, at that time Apple had published an official announcement to replace batteries without cost for computers... .
I had the same problem on my 2006 MacBook pro and it turned out that some batteries manufactured around 2006/2007 were simply broken by production .

Put a heatsink on the motor and you should have no problems... .
Rustler / savage x Wow that's a lot of battery .
If the motor or esc gets real hot then you'll want to take a break and let it cool down .

This is something months,why cant we cap it at 6000 mah? you can weigh a battery and tell if its legal.
I say cap it at 6000 mah and call it done.
That makes racing more costly.

1500 mah batteries I get about 10 minutes runtime on zippy 3s 25c lipo. Is that about right. Doing street running. Geared 23/55. Gets pretty hot in 10 minutes with titus beadlocs and speedhawgs
