Best wood glue for Mortise/Tenon glue up - Exterior Mahogany door Hi All,
First time poster.
I am looking for suggestions for the BEST glues for gluing up rails to stiles on an exterior mahogany door project. I am building with mortise and tenon joints...

PVA (like Titebond) will handle gaps up to .020 or so, but the joint will be weaker as the gap gets bigger... .
A "perfect" glue line is about .002.
Slight differences in radius at the end of the mortise and tenon don't really matter either .
.001 is not a gap.

If you have pictures of the CandyMan, that is good enough for me! Bachelor One is another then! I thought that Mahogany Rush was built from Lauterbach plans by Wisseman. Anyone?

He did build the mahogany rush for the longs, but wether he got the plans from lauterbach!!! billy I do not believe Mahogany Rush was built from Lauterbach plans.

I have current pics of Candyman, so one would think it exists. Bachelor One is for sure a Lauterbach. Mahogany Rush is listed - built in 1984 by Lauterbach/Wissman...don't know what that means.
