I set my phone for an alternate voice mail service which is working fine. Now when I tap the phone tile I am asked for my Visual Voice Mail password rather than just going to dial. I have to hit back key, which brings me to History and then the dial icon...

As for you having to open app to d/l mail sounds like in advance settings its still set to manual for....
Hopefull they find a fix on and/or do a network reset .
I have a 32GB 4S updated to 5.0.1 with no issues to my visual voice mail.

I am a new customer. I never signed up for visual voice mail to text. Yet, everything on this forum says I can't stop it until the "free" trial is over? Is that accurate? That seriously can not be accurate.

Now i am back to Visual Voicemail, with out subscribe option.
I am sorry that you are having problems with your visual voicemail to text,but if you private on the screen, it has an option to hide subscribe button.

Hi... can you please confirm that Visual Voice mail is not available on Win 7 on an Enterprise plan.
If so are there any plans to make it available.

Last time I checked windows which is now the 3rd ecosystem .
No Aussie Telco currently supports Visual Voice Mail for Windows Phone.
