[apple-iphone] Jawbone case

On Wed, 20 May 2009 10:32:18 -0600, Mikel Brewerton <...@gmail.com

Liking the new Jawbone Prime. Only thing I miss (and most headphones
fall into this) is no flip or switch for on/off. I know the button is
there - but I find this sometimes allows the earpiece to turn on
accidentally in my bag. This kills the battery and I've had a few
times I've answered my phone and can't hear the person because it's
going through the earpiece in my bag. I know how to switch to iPhone
speaker, but find by then it's too late.

Anyhow, I guess I should find a small hard case to put it in to
prevent this. Anyone tried something that has a specific feature I may
not be thinking about for this or knows of another work around? I like
the box idea as I'm not real keen on the idea of an expensive earpiece
taking a beating in the bag either.

Mike

I've been dealing with the same thing, but haven't come up with an answer.
I've looked at cases for other earpieces, but no luck. I keep mine in my
backpack, but it also gets turned on when I least want it to.

The Jawbone Prime has a loop on the earpiece that you can use to
secure to a neck lanyard. That's what I do for work.

Do you know if the earpiece stays on any better than the Jawbone 2?
