My question today is about my oily facial skin. As I've told you before through phone and email I have acne-37 years old. I have noticed-I'm on the supllements only 2 weeks today and diet full force about 1 month, 1 week and the pimples that do come around jaw and mouth area-my problem spots are not as deep although they still come they seem to be smaller. I look forward to them never returning soon-I know it will take time. What about my excessively oily skin-I use clo on my face only at night-(been doing this about 8 days now) because I just don't need that much oil--I wash in the morning-is this excessive oilyness part of the adrenal problem that causes the acne in the 1st place?
+++Don't be concerned about the exact reason(s) for your oily skin, since the reason(s) for any abnormalities throughout the body is because it is in such poor condition, which caused acne, candida, etc. to begin with.
Since your skin is oily I suggest that you not apply coconut oil, and just let nature take its course, which will eventually normalize your skin.
