Is everyone entitled to this? dd1 fell on the kitchen floor and broke her wrist and needed surgery. obviously dh couldnt make it to work yesterday. his boss put it down as a sick day so he'll be docked a days pay for it. just wondering is force majeure...

Hopefully this will be an easy one for you all, even if the situation is a bit complex. I booked a multi-centre holiday through a travel agent (who acted through a tour operator). We had three destinations on this holiday (China, Bangkok and Phuket).

The Force Majeure I think is just a buzz word they've used because.
Force Majeure" when they chose to cancel the bookings (not because the hotel flooded), but also to breach contract without compensation.
