You need 100 IAS on a Runic Talon to hit 3 fpa, so there's really only one weapon option :p
A Fury RT actually gets 4 fpa (with 20 off-weapon IAS), maybe that's something to look into .

I was just wondering how everyone locates Polaris, or the North Star? I've read that there are pointers in Ursa Minor, but I can't really connect them.
