If i wash makeup off and put on lotion dors the makeup still harm my skin? So like if i put on makeup and at the end of the day i wash my face , use makeup remover , wash my face again, then apply lotion . Will the makup still harm my skin?

The last thing is to moisturize....
The best way to wash off makeup is to use warm water and get as much off as you can then use a toner or exfoliater to really clean the dirt and makeup out of the pores.
No because you washed the makeup off.

Makeup or No Makeup??
So every day I wear eyeliner on the bottom, mascara, and lip gloss. I don't wear a ton of eyeliner. I've had a lot of people tell me it looks good. I have blue eyes and the eyeliner is a darkish blue so it complements my eyes. Anyway...
