Installed a 750/field-iq in a 4700 JD sprayer today to do section control. When we are running through the field the 3 sections show up green, but the coverage is offset one section. In the setup we had to tell it the sprayer had a left fence row nozzle...

That has to be mapped to the correct functions, On my Nitro, identified the sections and then the end row nozzles, then mapped them to the keys on the joystick... .
Are you using a joystick for control of boom, on off, etc, and then are you using the SIM module .
