I took some Japanese Jiu Jitsu years ago when I was younger way, good on ya for improving mind and body I've got a few years of muay thai, a few months of BJJ me get through life!!

What is the best self defense training for girls? I really want to get stronger, and be able to defend myself. I also think that it would be very good for losing weight, and staying in shape. Also, would exercising and eating healthy help?
