Do u guys really like Chicken Tikka Masala?
I do like a nice Tikka I much prefer creamy curries, though I don't like Korma. I can eat hot curries but really don't enjoy them, so generally avoid. source
Indian Grocery?
I'm pretty sure you can find garam masala easily at your local supermarket. I have a jar of it at home and I think it's by Masterfoods. source
Recipes for Spiced Tea?
You can't go wrong with the holy trinity of cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger. And a light touch of peppercorns can go a long way too. source
Eating out - any luck with Indian food?
Indian food has about the same effect on my BG as Chinese. I generally have to take quite a bit of insulin due to whatever carbs are in the sauces and the naan which I love . I wish I could give you a formula, but it's something I just guesstimate and generally end up having to check and make corrections later. I won't specifically go for lower carb choices - I just eat what I like and try not to over indulge, although I could just eat bowls of some of the sauces with naan if I was a real pig. Try not to get extra sauce, and eat the carby stuff in moderation if you're feeling conservative about it. Try to get a sense of how it impacts your BG's, and next time you have it you'll have a better sense of how to manage it. I think it's a trial and error thing that some people decide to hone for themselves so they can enjoy the more challenging foods they like - or some people skip altogether because it's a pain. source
Why Neha Dhupia is playing second fiddle to Katrina Kaif?
In De Dana Dan I could make out the silicon fillings. I thought she was endowed enough not to need that. However the pic posted above seems to suggest the contrary. source
