Hi All,
A couple of quick things I hope.
I am 270lbs/122.5Kg
How much protein should I be eating? I've heard between 0.5g - 1g of Lean Muscle Mass.
How do I calculate Lean Muscle Mass (I have Fat Monitor scales if that helps)

I tend to lean more towards Weight, Fat, Muscle & Visceral....
(200lb total- 60lb bf).
As you lose have 140lbs lean muscle mass/60lbs body fat.
muscle mass can be determined by subtracting your body fat from your actual weight.

Pretty much impossible to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, being in an anabolic, mate, sorry.
And good fats supplements the only way ull gain muscle mass "FAST" is by getting on the juice calorie balance.

The intimidate/Erase (or Pro) stack is very good as well .
I would probably run something like Anabeta if mass is my only goal if mass is my only goal.
