The weight categories for adult men are as follows:
Lightweight: 70kg and under
Middleweight: 70 to 80kg
Heavyweight: 80 to 90kg
Super Heavyweight: 90kg and... .
Just to clarify the Australian Kyokushin Karate Championships are a weight category tournament .
