Why did my chicken mcnuggets from mcdonalds? hurt my stomech? i ate 10 piece chicken mcnuggets. They never hurt my stomech before. It's a gurgly feeling like i have to have a diarrhea dump. but, i dont have to go.

Stuff like McD and KFC have OILY chicken (the fried meals at least)
