That's US law AFAIK.
There are no refills.
I just didn't want medication.
It is the Canadian rule? I imagine cost is a big factor in why adults stop using medication.

I've had to start popping the Loratidine tablets early this year, due to the hot, dry weather. Every brand that I've found seems to contain lactose, which is a bummer.
