I'm a BC anesthesiologist with a pain fellowship and will must likely drop my calls to take a pain position.

Definitely give a pediatric dose of tylenol or other fever reducer .
If it doesn't bring her fever down I'd call your doctor - two days of a 104 fever is quite serious .
Children's Tylenol should work.
Absolutely - a fever that high should be reduced.

There are NO short cuts ....
Just my opinion, I'm sure many more will follow.
This is best accomplished by learning all of medicine, not some of medicine.
The necessary skills sets and knowledge.

Vicks Rub.....
Iodine.
Haliborange tablets.
Our 'medicine cabinet,' which was simply a shelf in the pantry, had Vicks, a bottle.
And of course, Carters Cough Mixture.
For any pain (nothing else available)
Beechams Powders for colds and flu.
