I think sleep testing should be part of preventive medicine for both children and adults. I've had pediatric patients that were on meds for reflux, adhd, and congestion when they really had sleep apnea.

Finally got my Drs OK and decision that yes its time to move forward with medicinal marijuana. I have had it way beyond up to here with the pain, spasms and lack of sleep, my top three ailments and the things preventing...

Ya, there's not something that makes it magically okay to take when your sick, my only advice against it is that you can become dependent on it and have trouble sleeping when you don't have it..

I take it at night so IF there is any drowsiness, I am able to sleep if we could get some medicine in her before we head out she will be ok.

When I'm sick I'll sleep for 12-13 hours at a time.
Hot tea with honey and sleep!
Cough drops usually help me and Capri Suns (but that may just of fluids, cough drops, and plenty of rest.
