It's funny when Medtronic guys really have to go out and sell they can't. They either get cockier and more arrogant and get kicked out of offices or play the sympathy card and tell everyone if they don't implant more Medtronic devices that they will have...

I know it works because I was at my cardio when my medtronic rep was reading....
But here it is (my understanding) The box (or program on Medtronic's end) signals the box every 30 days (preset by medtronic) to interrogate the ICD.

I taught the Medtronic MiniMed pump for several years and now teach the Animas pump. Both are excellent pumps and have provided my patients with good support. I'm pleased with both companies. Janis

I really do like the 2020 pump better than the medtronic with Medtronic and the sill serter which I hated.

When I opened it there was a generic Medtronic letter thanking me for contacting Medtronic Patient Services envelope from Medtronic....
The postage on the envelope was $1.11..

I would be surprised if the patient's share will be more than $1000 .
Most of the time the biggest chunk of the pie goes to the attorneys and for other related expenses .
Just wondering how much will the actual patients receive from this settlement .

I've found Medtronic to be excellent with customer service of the technology involved.
I didn't ask for it, they just sent it.
