I would like to learn F#, mentally wise, it is a different way of programming, how would you shift away from the OOP paradigm in learning the functional aspects of the language itself?

That, coupled with a nice walk around the building usually gets me back on track... .
Loaded caffeine drinks only work for a bit followed by a complete and utter crash .
I find drinking water when I start to feel a bit sluggish gives me a nice, steady boost .

I know of a few people on here who have places on a Mental Health Nursing course :) I'm sure who had been on there courses who had had mental health issues and that in time if I wanted to I could.
