What is the difference between being mentally retarded and from being mentally handicapped? Are they the same thing, or are they two different things?

Handicapped is just a gentler way to say it..

These are some mental illness which i think are not mental illness....
It is a chemical imbalance in brain which require medications to control and stabilize brain activities .
You can't say its fake.

That, coupled with a nice walk around the building usually gets me back on track... .
Loaded caffeine drinks only work for a bit followed by a complete and utter crash .
I find drinking water when I start to feel a bit sluggish gives me a nice, steady boost .
