Is using chromium useful in boosting your metabolism or is it all a lot of hog wash? I understand it evens out your insulin levels, but if you're eating regular non-sugar loaded meals would it make a difference?

Is there anything else you recommend? It won't boost your metabolism, but it will keep your insulin levels: : Not sure if boots metabolism, but I heard it's suppose to help with curve appetite and help.

To boost your metabolism, you need to build lean muscle...for energy, I agree with b.
Replacement/protein shakes and an herbal tea that boosts my metabolism and gives me tremendous energy due is a good loss.

Though I haven't lifted heavy weights only hand weights in the past, I was told to even use them at a slow pace and it will help you more that going quickly .

For people who have good metabolisms...do they need extra nutrients to stay healthy and gain energy?
It seems that logic would dictate that the faster one metabolizes food the less time, the body has to absorb nutrients.
