One could do the MILD, then the patinet's become responsive to ESIs again.
Someone posted on an earlier thread about MILD that he knew of a case where nerve root that are somewhat recalcitrant to ESIs for SS.

I have a BUNCH of $_POST variables being sent in via a long form and instead of hard coding each one with a mysql_escape_string() is it ok for me to do the following? I don't know if this is actually safe and/or viable code.

Mysql_real_escape_string() takes the current database character set into account, mysql_escape_string() does not... .
Why not use array_map() ?
array_map(mysql_real_escape_string, $_POST);
But in reality you should be using parametrized/prepared statements .

Does anybody have any input on what is the best reedcage for stock to mildly tuned setup on a bugeye. Is it best just to stick with the stock one? Of coarse you should switch to CF reeds but beyond that. I was just going to replace my reeds but I got ...

When but I fear it will problematic.
I would rather have something that is proven in stock to mild engines.
Looks like it will problematic.
I could find{including Malossi's own info} says it won't work well on stock or mild tune.
