We have regular milk and almond milk in our house - one of my daughters has a lactose....
Me and the kid thought it was really good but the wife buy it on a normal basis is the cost .
We have tried that unsweetened almond milk.

As with all things, I believe that it is an excess of soy that is bad.. .
I have not read that soy milk is flat out bad for you...
However, no protein.
No estrogen issues, more calcium, less calories, smoother flavor.
