Hi I have been drinking soy milk for a about 2 years , so I read that soy milk is not good specially when you try to lose weight so is soy milk bad ?
I always drink silk milk light 60 calories almost everyday Should I drink almond milk instead ? I'm trying...

I can find all kinds of Asian recipes for using coconut milk, and desserts using coconut cream. But even this cake recipe I found uses milk:

I started using powered milk on board, and have continued to do so on land (between boats between brands.
The whole milk has a shorter shelf life than the nonfat stuff, but since you markets.
Nido dry WHOLE milk.

She seems to tolerate Pediasure ok. Why is that? Should I try Soy? We're waiting on the results of a ph probe test and upper endoscopy to see if she suffers from extreme reflux or milk allergies, or something else. I'm at my wit's end.

Have you done a series of food allergy testings? Also have you tried Meyenburg goats milk? bump How about rice milk? Dd has a milk allergy and a nut allergy and we avoid soy due to hormones..
