After I added first node to my TESDAG right after that Cluster Services Stopped on Server01 and my DB is dismounted and I don't see anything under networks tab under Database ...

does this mean MS will be pulling it inhouse and only selling as a SaaS like Salesforce? They are not being very clear .

I'm embarrassed to even post this, but I'm having an issue getting one of my PCs connected to the Internet. I have network connectivity. I can RDP into any of my network computers without issue (there are no off-site computers). None of the other machines...

Default gateway? Static routes? Somebody doesn't like you and set up a restrictive ACL on the router that blocks all traffic from that MAC to the outside world? Have you tried a different switch port? .

I have a Terminal Server that appears to have once had some Group Policies applied to it, and it's causing some issues.
I think when we did that emergency domain migration, some Group Policies were not migrated, and now they are orphaned.

What I'm seeing is the "tatoo" effect where a Group Policy was once applied to the server, so all the registry modifications were set .
Have you tried to run rsop.msc and GPresult ? Yes, but it only shows the current GP's being applied .

If there's much simultaneous login on Windows....
A new idle listener is created to facilitate a new log in .
By default there are 2 idle listeners who tranfer in a live one when ever someone is logging in .
If there's just 2 it's the idle session listeners.

I've progressed to the point of putting the VHD on the target computer but once that is complete and I reboot it to create the snapshot it just keeps cycling through that section and never boots into the image. I'm guessing it is something with the bootmanager...

Have you removed the bootable media? Are you sure the image.vhd (with that exact name) is on the proper disk/partition? .

Does DPM work over workstation-based VPN? One of my clients is not in an office that has a dedicated VPN. So she connects to our network by VPN on her Windows 7 computer. When she connects that way, her DPM agent doesn't work. I also am unable to install...

But Kerberos or other ports are not working..
Perhaps only NTLM is working while the VPN is means of connectivity .
I would look at the kind of traffic that is going on when the machine is directly connected .
