Just wondering as there seems to be a lot of problems with peoples motors yet I've been led to believe these are the most reliable car ever ????

Its a cracking car, I get 55+mpg daily, and the build quality may read about the A3 TDI porous head problems....
I know i have only had mine an Audi A3 2.0 TDI and I LOVE it.
Reliable car in the work is a bus:] who wants to use it though:P .

Of your comments, i didnt want my car to be like the other audi a3's in ibis white with black wheels, the mileage I do i'd be out each night cleaning the wheels if mine were white LOL.

Just had a set of 30mm lowering springs fitted to my car and tbh i cant barely see a difference? Does it take time for them to settle? Or will i needto get even lower springs?

Quality wise, the....
I have alwys top rail.
The A3 compares favorably to the older A1, A2 and USR models.
I tried my older A1 barrel in my friend's A3 with no batteries and a Larue SPR Mount.
Catch, rails and flat top reciever are excellent.

On a petrol car that noise could be one of a few things i would assume the same is for Diesel, if the "siren" noise increases in volume or speed with revs, the chances are the compressor wheel is striking the housing..meaning the unit will eventually ... .

Is it as simple as getting some genuine xenon headlamps for a 57 plate A3 S Line 3dr and plugging them straight in to replace the original headlamps?? Or is there quite a bit more to it...(i imagine so)
Also, is it possible to get DRL working as well ...

I've got bi-xenons on mine but I've done a custom wiring enough for "bumps".
For the DRLs, again on to the module directly.
